River Terrace Resort & Convention Center

The room was clean and very spacious. We had 2 queen beds with nice linens. Beds are so comfortable!! Bathroom was very clean. All the staff were most courteous and resourceful in anything we needed. The view of the river was excellent. We were on the second floor and right on the river. Such a beautiful view. The balcony had a table and 2 chairs for comfort. Across the river and a narrow street is a bar and grill that has excellent food with live music to enjoy from the balcony. The restaurant is courteous and wind it down to give plenty of quiet time. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay

I loved how close this location is to everything. I also loved the staff. They will do anything they can to make your stay enjoyable. Very nice. Loved the view from our room.

Got to see fred the black bear that often visits river terrace. First night he tried to climb into the bed of my truck while we just watched. Location was good for what we did.

Great location. Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to get in and out to walk to the strip or go shopping. Short walk to many restaurants and entertainment spots.

The Hotel location is exceptional…right in Gatlinburg! Very economical, considering the ideal location. The staff were great! The bed was very, very comfortable and the pillows were probably the best I have ever slept on in a hotel! Good shower and comfortable bathroom. Lot of TV channels.
